Tips for Buyers.

Start with deciding your budget. You must determine it first how much you can afford. If you are planning to buy with the help of a mortgage, you should know think how much you can easily repay. If you take more than what you can conveniently repay, you will create a problem for your own.

Check for your credit score. Your credit score must be good if you want to take a mortgage. Otherwise, banks will revoke your bank loan request. Therefore, you should try to improve it if it is in bad.

If you want to buy a property on your own, then you can check the classifieds in local newspapers f your area. Many people advertise to sell their properties in newspapers with a hope it will help them get the best buyer for their property.

Inspect a property thoroughly before making a decision about it. It will be better to take your relatives and friends with you when you go to inspect a property. They will help you a lot to determine if you can consider that property or not.

Do enquire about the neighborhood if you are a peace-loving person. Taking your property at a wrong place will only create a trouble for you.

Tips for Sellers

Repair and paint your home. If your home is damaged or if its paint is faded, its value will decrease. So, you should first get the damages fixed and paint your home.

Once your home is renovated, you should take its videos from different angles.

You can check the price of properties available for sale in your area. However, the option will be to take professional help from a real estate agent. Since they have knowledge of the market, they can suggest the best price for your property.

Elvin Siew Chun Wai: Seven Places to See in Birmingham

Once an industrial center, Birmingham is now a great cultural center. I, Elvin Siew Chun Wai, travelled Birmingham in 2007 to explore its beauty with my friends. Trust me it was one of the best tours of our life. The city looked amazing, full of enormous positive energy. I, Elvin Siew Chun Wai, explored many beautiful places in the city, and in this blog, I, Elvin Siew Chun Wai, will tell you about seven places that I like the most.

The Sixteenth Street Baptist Church

The Sixteenth street Baptist Church in Birmingham has its own history. In September 1963, Ku Klux Klan bombed the church in which four girls killed. This gruesome act brought the entire nation together and resulted in the 1964 Civil Rights Act. People from entire world donated for the restoration of the church and it was rebuilt and reopened in 1964. Now, it is one of the most significant tourist attractions in the city. It was included on the list of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites in 2008.

McWane Science Center

McWane Science Center is a top tourist attraction in the city. It attracts both tourists and locals alike. Visiting to the science center will allow you to know about a wide variety of subjects, including dinosaurs, sea monsters, fossils, skeletons, and Pleistocene (Ice Age) mammals.

Birmingham Museum of Art

The Birmingham Museum of Art displays more than 20,000 works from ancient to contemporary world. Nearly half of the total items displayed in the museum are from Europe. More than 2000 articles belong to America. More than four thousand items are from Asia. Thus, visiting this museum will allow you to see the art works from all over the world.

Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum

A passionate race driver George Barber set up this museum in 1995. In the initial days, the museum had only a few vintage motorcycles. Seeing people’s interest in his museum, Barber kept working to increase the number of items displayed in his museum and as a result of his work, the museum has more than 1400 items in his museum.

Birmingham’s Railroad Park

The railroad park lies in the middle of downtown Birmingham. It is an oasis of green space and water, surrounded by the busy city. It is spread in a large area of 19 acres.  The park has beautiful flowers, trees, streams, and ponds. When I, Elvin Siew Chun Wai, visited this park, a mesmerizing sight was in front of eyes and I found myself on the cloud nine.

Southern Museum of Flight

If you have interest in aircraft and fighter jets, you will admire this place. The Southern Museum of Flight has many aircrafts used during wars. It has two most infamous fighter jets of the era – F-86 Sabre and Mig-15. The museum also displays Lake Murray B-25 and Vietnam War Helicopters.

Pepper Place Saturday Market

You must visit Pepper Place Saturday market in Birmingham. More than one hundred vendors gather in the market to sell their best produce and local food products. Many vendors also sell handmade crafts and artwork.

After exploring these abovementioned places, if you have time to explore other places, you can take help of Google because the city has plenty of attractions for tourists.
